Exhibiting activity of the Museum of the Town of Kaštela is sistematically supervised by documentation holdings of Exhibition Register. Museum departments organize different theme exhibitions from their own holdings, the exhibitions of contemporary authors and also visiting exhibitions in cooperation with other museum institutions and cultural associations. Documentation holding on exhibiting activity used to include accompanying documents such as invitation, poster, catalogue and other documents about held exhibitions. With introduction of the computer program for processing of secondary museum documentation S++, those documents are registered into special holding of the Register on Exhibiting Activity. Application of those computer programs for processing of primary, M++, and secondary, S++, museum documentation, allowed us quick and simple search through the register data base and also mutual linking of different documentation holdings.
